Pulses Course

by Sarah Hagreen
"I have just completed the Pure Punjabi free online Pulses course and found it very interesting and informative. Although I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years they were several beans that I hadn't heard of before and now gives me something new to try! The course itself was easy to follow in bite size chapter chunks and the little details (like washing the pulses several times) were great, particularly for those new to cooking pulses. The course made me want to do and discover more about Indian cookery and I would certainly consider paying for a Pure Punjab e-learning Indian cookery course in future or one of their workshops".
